Stuart has been Chairman of ContainerCo since its formation in 2013.
Stuart has been involved in the logistics sector since the early 70s and led the New Zealand team for COSCO for 20 years between 1990 and 2010. Between 2010 and 2013 Stuart was chairman of both United Container Services and United Containers Limited.
Ken is one of the most highly respected figures in the port and container industries. Previous positions have included Managing Director of Port Nelson, Managing Director of CentrePort Wellington, and CEO of P&O Ports NZ Ltd. In 2006, Ken led a management buy out of NZL Group, then owned by P&O Ports NZ Ltd, and was CEO of the company up to its merger with United Containers Limited. At that time he became Managing Director of ContainerCo.
Ken has held a number of directorships in the transport and logistics sector, including Torres Industries Pty Ltd, Conlinxx Ltd, Matrix Logistics Ltd and Dairy Transport Logistics Services Ltd.
Ken is a beneficial shareholder in ContainerCo via NZL Infrastructure Limited.

Mr He is Vice President of COSCO Oceania Pty Ltd and has more than 20 years’ experience in the shipping industry. His career has included a number of roles at COSCO, including General Manager Assistant of the Shipping Division of COSCO Tianjin.
Mr He obtained his master’s degree at Dalian Maritime University and his bachelor’s degree at Shanghai Maritime University, majoring in International Shipping Management.
Paul is currently the Chairman of Trustpower Limited and is an independent director of Arvida Limited, both NZX-listed companies. Paul is a senior executive at Morrison & Co and Infratil, involved in governance and asset management. Paul was previously General Counsel at Contact Energy where he led the legal, regulatory and government relations functions.
Previous directorships include Wellington International Airport, Liquigas, iSite Media and Wallace Corporation Limited. Paul was also a member of the NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal.
Paul is currently a trustee of the New Zealand Festival and Wallace Arts Trust.
